Busy Hands, Happy Heart

Another recently finished piece to share with you. Months ago I cross stitched a small piece with a couple of sweet birds on it...it was created with Valdani variegated floss in muted brown tones.
I wasn't sure what to do with this cross stitched piece so it sat in a basket for a long time till I pulled it out the other day. I fiddled with it here and there and this is what I ended up creating...a small pin-cushion with a cross stitching mouse perched on top.
This sweet little guy will be available for adoption this coming Sunday, Feburary 8th at 3pm Pacific time in my Etsy Store. This will be a small sale with only three pieces.

Below are photos of the pieces that will be in this sale.

I hope you can come by and find a sweet friend to take home with you! Please email me with any questions you may have.

Hugs
Susan

Little Jasper says Hello to you all...kind of a strange photo of him as I had to touch up his eyes. He was chilled from his long rainy day walk so I wrapped him up in his favorite blanky to keep him warm : )

  1. Your mice and the ways you create them are so fun. I saw one in a store but it didn't have half the detail or character that yours have. Love Jasper's little hideaway, that is fun for him.

  2. Beautiful "meesus".

Is that a variation of "pigs in blanket"? ;-) He looks so cute there.
